Etac Fix Preparation Board

This durable kitchen product keeps the provisions in place, making it possible to work with one hand only or with a double grip to do simple food preparation. This prep board simplifies household chores, it stands firmly on its four friction feet or the enclose suction feet. The jaws hold a bowl, grater or piece of food in place with ease. There is also a detachable spiked plate for smaller pieces of food. This can be removed and placed with the spikes pointing downwards to obtain a flat surface.
