Trial Equipment Guide

At Daily Living Products, we offer NDIS/DVA clients the opportunity to trial equipment before they commit to purchasing.

Daily Living have a wide range of products available for trials, our Sales representatives can arrange a demonstration either in store or at a residential premises. 

As a preferred NDIS and DVA provider, we offer FREE trials for NDIS and DVA clients.

We do ask for Health Professionals to collect & return all trial equipment, however, we make excepts for heavy or larger items.

Our delivery team are available to assist with transporting trial equipment that are deemed heavy or bulky items.

 

How to book a trial:

Contact our Commercial sales team to organise a trial for your client. You can reach our sales team by email (sales@daily.com.au).

Please allow up to 4 business days for trial equipment to be available for collection.

Trial Conditions:

All items trialled remain the property of Daily Living Products.  If the item(s) are returned damaged or showing signs of use, then an invoice will be raised, stating the costs owed on damaged goods. This will be paid by the agreed Biller. 

Bathroom items:

DRY TRIAL ONLY. These items are not to be place onto toilets or wet/dirty surfaces. A Dry trial is only for assessment of fit and suitability.

Packaged items:

All items in original packaging should be left in their packaging. Should you wish to view them outside their packaging this can only be done if the packaging can be opened without damage to the packaging. The items cannot be used extensively, only for assessment of fit and Suitability. Damage to packaging or the item will result in a purchase.

Loan Extensions:

Please phone or email if you wish to extend the loan period prior to the expiry date.  If we don't hear from you regarding our equipment, the biller may be invoiced.  A receipt will be emailed.

Reminders:

Trial stock is typically new and is loaned for 3 days and not to be used extensively: just for assessment of fit and function. We do not automatically collect the trial items at the completion of the trial, unless arranged. We must be informed to do so. If your client wishes to keep them, please advise us and we will invoice accordingly.

Collection point:

All equipment can be picked up from & returned to Daily Living Products Bayswater (2/510 Guildford Road, Bayswater 6053)
